Trying to dry out his new wings.
We saw two of those Luna Months here the last couple years. The first one was very large. Its wingspan was larger than my hand. It had perched right above our back door and stayed there for several days. The second perched on the Firebird and also stayed for several days. Apparently that is normal behavior for them. We just let them be and enjoyed their rare visit.

Had a great visit with my daughter and her massive dog, Rocket, this afternoon.
He's decided (thankfully) that we're bestest of friends, and likes to press his chin fur against my beard.

Watching him walk through her home is like watching a pony meander through !

ahhh ... yes, we're in a firearms discussion thread. That definition of WLW makes more sense.
Nope. Please refer to the CZickos glossary of terminology, abbreviations, references, inside jokes and made up stuff for details of WLW.
Sorry, still a new guy here ... I wasn't even given a key to the washroom.

    Morning folks

Began rust bluing the 2011 guns yesterday. Talk about a learning process. I will post some pics in the build thread.
I know I have a very limited view and understanding of this, but it somewhat makes my head hurt to think about rust bluing stainless steel (both these guns are stainless, correct?). I know stainless can rust and of course the process very specifically introduces the chemicals, etc to do it.

I'm imagining this to be a very tedious job.

Interested, and looking forward to this being spectacular.
