Many of you might have seen this already, but this clip shows a congressional hearing where Congressman Hank Johnson (D-Georgia) is questioning a Naval Officer over military operations on the Island of Guam. Watch in amazement how Rep Johnson says he is afraid that as the population grows on the island, he is fearful that it will actually "tip" over. If you look close you can almost see the puddle of drool collecting under him as this jack*ss speaks.
After I first saw this, I didn't know whether to laugh or shake my head in amazement that this guy actually was elected and has a say in making policy.
