This is another pistol that belonged to a local police officer that has passed away. I am selling it for his wife. Excellent condition SA 1911 Champion, rounded dustcover. Beavertail grip safety, extended thumb safety, Novak sights, aluminum trigger, flat backstrap, and Hogue grips. There are some "idiot marks" from installing the slide stop, but the rest of the parkerized finish is very good. Overall condition is excellent. The trigger has a great feel also. I'm guessing the modifications are Springfield installed b/c there is no slop and they feel extremely well put together.
This comes with 5 magazines, an uncle mike's mag holster, a nice Don Hume duty holster, an uncle mike's paddle holster, and a blue plastic SA box.
I also have a box of .45 ball rounds and quite a few Federal HST .45 to go with it. The only thing I'd change is install new grip screws b/c these look a little chewed.
