Nah. People do that because they don't want people parked next to them denting their doors and scratching their paint. Only answer is to park your passenger side an inch from their driver side. Or key it.
Even better. Steal the valve cores.
But you gotta do it carefully or its really loud. At a certain point the air rush causes the stems to whistle. Like an alarm.
So you use your Schrader valve tool (you DO keep one in your glove box right? Right? ) to remove the core.
QUICKLY put the cap back on it and screw it down about 1 1/2 turns to secure it but still allow the air to escape quietly without alerting anyone.
Yellow spray paint a continuation of the dividing line straight up the guy's bumper? Sort of a visual training aid for him to always be reminded of the error of his ways?
