Had 2 of these delivered a few weeks ago after having my order on backorder for about 13 months. Why two you ask? Because a buddy said he wanted one too at the time and in classic fashion he has since backed out. So one of these is going up for sale.
These are both absolutely gorgeous rifles that have been largely reparkerized by the CMP, have new CMP stocks, new 308 Criterion barrels, have very little to no pitting, and come with the hard case with all the associated goodies. Neither has been shot yet. Guaranteed to be good shooters. In my experience with my Springfield Expert grade 308 and my service grade 30-06, the 308s function great, shoot a little softer, and are overall cheaper to feed.
I'm keeping one but am not really concerned on which one it is (just wanted to add a nice HRA make to the collection), so for anyone interested, I'll bring both to a meet up and YOU can choose which one to take home.
Price: $1300 or feel free to send trade offers of similar value.
Location: Valparaiso, but work in Rensselaer. Closer is better but I'm willing to meet most members halfway.
