Army World War II Portable Gasoline Stove. $150. Two burners. Designed to burn leaded automotive gasoline but works well with unleaded. The aluminum bottom case doubles as a soup pan. The stainless steel case top doubles as a griddle. Two unused repair parts kits are attached to the inside of the frame, along with a wrench. The original comic book-style instruction manual is included. The case top and the stove are inscribed AMGCO 1945. Some surface rust on the black painted areas. The only non-original part is the gasket on the fuel filler cap which has been replaced with an O-ring. I have not fired it up in at least 20 years but it worked the last time I used it. Temperature of burner is very controllable. At high setting it makes a very hot fire. I’ve used it to melt lead.
