SMG parts kits

Saw a guy in the classifieds selling a "rare south african Kommando parts kit" I get that he's offering a "deal", but then I found this guy.
GUN  KITS

Has anyone ever put one of these together with any success? I'm less interested in the Kommando than the Sten kits he's got listed. I realize I'd need a semi-only receiver and yadda yadda yadda as far as the law is concerned, but I've never met anyone with one of these. Are they tough to build? What would I really be in for as far as reliability?

not any harder than sten build concept wise/ if going with a striker fire setup except with less resources to follow there is at least one build on weapon guild forum but he modified the stock fcg keep in mine the bolt must be turn to a diameter to keep a full auto bolt from installing in it.... id also move on the caution side buying anything from them prices seem very low on about half of them
