Slide swap.... 10mm to 45 frame 1911?

Ok I was wanting to know if I could take a 1911 10mm slide and put it on a 1911 45 frame. Both are SA TRP... Main reason is only because the 10mm frame has chain link front strap and the 45 frame has 25 lpi checkered front strap. I prefer the checkered front strap! Thanks for the input.

Just off the top of my head, the only difference I could think of was the ejector.
You might ask Allen Moore, he would be able to give a definitive answer to this.
