I'm definitely intrigued. If it's all it's cracked up to be, it could be a nice option for those times when a micro-whatever is all that you can carry. Wonder when the .40 comes out :):

I was really bored with the P320 in a market already saturated with polymer striker-fired guns, but if this thing can live up to its own hype it's going to be the new concealed carry wondergun. Hell, if it's reliable and I like the way it feels in my hand I'd be more than willing to pony up an extra ~$100 over a G43 to get 10+1 in a G43 footprint right out of the box. That's money I'd just be spending on TTI basepads and steel sights anyway.

If this thing is as good as everyone thinks, there will be a flood of used small 9mm pistols this summer. Maybe I should start selling now before I can't even give them away.:):

I’ll have to check this out. Not sure if I will buy one, as you can get a shield for around 300 very easily and pick up a mag guts kit for +1 capacity in the flush fitting mag. (I’ll admit I haven’t tried one so I don’t know if they are reliable)

It makes sense that you could cut some of the meat out of the bottom of the grip to fit a wider magazine in there. I just hope sig didn’t cut out too much material so they have a flimsy grip. Will have to wait and see.

Regardless, you have to admit Sig has been pushing the envelope. They may have missed some stuff (p320 drop test) but at least they are innovating. I think it’s a positive. More choices is always a good thing IMO.

If this P365 is even close in quality to the P225, P226, P228 you'll have a winner..

    The P220ST, P225, P228 & P229 I had where 100% pistols in every way..

I also like the modular design where the sub-frame can be converted to the various sizes..

It will be P320 quality, not classic P-series quality.

    For sure. Apples and oranges.

    But it looks interesting.
oh I agree. I have P320s and the quality is fine for what they are, a plastic, striker fired pistol. I would expect the same with the P365. I would not expect a $500 pistol to be the same quality as $1000 one. I see people all the time bash the 320 because it isn't as good as their P226... well duh.
