    Black powder makes it not a gun ? :rolleyes:, so even felons can own them.

    If you are shipping a muzzleloader that has a replaceable barrel that can be changed to a barrel that fires a cartridge you have to go to an FFL. T/C Contender, Encore, some of the CVA's.
