Retired IMPD officer and current State Senator Jack Sandlin has died from a apparent heart attack. Jack was a great guy and will be missed. I was just texting with him the other day. You just never know. RIP Jack

Senator Sandlin will be missed. He was the force behind church carry (when there was a school on the property) and will be remembered for going straight at the antis on the Senate floor before the ConC vote in 2022.

He would regularly stop by the NRA booth at the 1500. He was always very polite and cordial.
