More government school nonsense from Indiana schools.
Report: Pepper spray used during Lawrence Central fracas | Indianapolis Star | indystar.com

I'm willing to disregard the pepper spray incident as a "boys will be boys" thing. The article doesn't really go into much detail (surprise, surprise). For all we know it could have been an AD.
But the sexual assault is beyond forgivable. Not allowing one of the victim's to speak to her parent. Not reporting it to the parent(s) immediately.
Of course, what do you expect when the parent of the victim calls the perp "confused." Very likely he's a victim of it himself. But that makes him dangerous, not confused. And it will only continue to happen until he gets professional help (along with cessation of the molestation against him) and/or he is permanently removed from the school.
I wonder if the parent(s) of the boy are aware of the accusations and what his/her/their response is to it all.
