We can’t afford it, so time to adopt “loser pays.” Russia wants international sanctions removed - define the reparation schedule timeline they need to meet for that to occur. Not meeting it - maintain sanctions and any and all seized or frozen Russian assets become fair game to sell and/or convert to reparations. Include the cost of replacing the weapons donated to Ukraine by various countries as well, if feasible.

This will only be over if the world only has one government and monetary system. China and Russia are a problem to that system as are countries who openly do business with them.
