i had some light scratches on the finish of my Wiley Clap .357 and contacted Ruger and asked if they could help.
well, Brooke at customer service hooked it up.
total refinish of the entire revolver for FREE. no charge.
they even did it in less than a week and i just got it back.
it looks better than it did when i looked at it in the case at BGF.
anyways, Ruger took excellent care of everything at no charge(even shipping and insurance).
so, +1 to Ruger again. must be why i have stock in them.

    I want the SR45 a try.

you should, it seems like the quality and service seem not to be so important anymore to some companies, not Ruger, in the past couple of years, all their stiff seems to be getting better, at least with my Ruger new stuff vs the old stuff(i.e. the mini 30 and the mini 14).
i have new and older of both and the newer ones are as good if not better than the older ones.

anyone thinking of getting an AK, look at a mini 30 first, you might like it a little better and my newer one is very accurate.

When I bought my Ruger 10/22, it had a problem where it would chamber the first round in a mag, and it would fire, but it would always jam after that.
The next round would never even come close to making it into the chamber.
I took it apart and couldn't find anything wrong with it.
So I took it back to Cabelas, and they couldn't figure it out either.
They contacted Ruger for me and Ruger replaced the rifle and shipped it for me at no expense to me.
I was extremely satisfied with their customer service.
I got the new rifle within 10 days of the issue taking place and the new rifle worked flawlessly with any mag or ammo.
    I didn't have a single malfunction whatsoever.
Ruger will most definitely be getting business from me in the future.

ruger is fantastic. Gotta pick me up a SR1911 (if I can find one) and a LCR soon!
    You said it!
Gotta love Ruger, American made and everything. I'm really glad to hear their customer service is so awesome. I gotta admit I really love pretty much ALL their newer products.
