You cant go wrong with KA-BAR, I dont use double edged, but I am pretty sure they make them, and I could not be more impressed with their quality. At a price range of about $50-$75, they are well worth it, and will most likely still be usefull enough to pass on to your children, along with your firearms when you pass away.
