Thank you for writing me the federal government's proposals for more gun control. I am a staunch supporter of the 2nd Amendment, and Indiana's Constitution seems to provide even more protection for gun owners than the U.S. Constitution does. As a gun owner myself, I am also concerned about federal overreach on this issue. My voting record shows that I support gun rights, and I think you have very little to worry about from the Indiana General Assembly. I will keep an eye out for legislation that impedes on the right to bear arms, but the real fight will be in the United States Congress.
