Great shooter, gun functions flawlessly. I've owned the gun a couple years and probably only put a few hundred rounds through it. I believe it was very gently used when I got it. It is a little scuffed up but really only noticeable up close. Cosmetically I'd give it 8/10.
I put an aftermarket recoil pad on it. I didn't do a very pretty job. It was the first time I'd ever done it and it was good enough for me. If you can't live with it, replacing it and making it look better is a job you can do at home - doesn't need to be taken to a shop. There is also a small nick above the magazine box.
The scope is a Vortex Viper 6.5-20x44. I THINK the rings and 20moa base are Brownell's brand - it's been a while.
