Our last dog we had to put down was 2 years old. He was just so aggressive towards people outside our immediate family. We tried everything to remedy it. The final straw was he bite our nephew. We just could not take a chance with him. It doesn't make it any easier. Your pup had a good run.

Pepe le Pew, he was a good dog, my best friend right thru it all.

Across the bridge there's no more sorrow
Across the bridge there's no more pain
The sun will shine across the river
And you'll never be unhappy again
My sympathies for your loss. I'm sure that memories associated with both pictures will be with you forever.

I have a love/hate relationship w/ dogs. I can’t live without them, and I can’t live without them. Almost nothing in life can make me shed a tear, but the last dog we sent across the bridge tore me up something bad, and he wasn’t even “my” dog, he was my wife’s. I don’t even want to think of how bad it’ll be when my little girl has to cross the bridge... My condolences on your loss!! :crying:
