I get a lot of calls to buy property I now longer own.
What happens if I offer them a quit claim on property I don't own for $1,000?
    Would that be illegal?

Well if we’re splitting hairs Quit Claim Deed for x amount of $’s you would quit any claim you have to said property.

We had received texts fairly often from a real estate agent wanting to purchase our back 40. For the longest time I ignored them asked them to stop. When they didn’t I sent them a text yeah We will accept $1.5 billion full disclosure there is a Donkey on the top of the ridge and when he urinates it floods for a bit so there is that.

Worked you may try something similar?

I usually tell them that I've already spoken to their people and as I told their last caller it's theirs for a half mill more than I told the last caller. Haven't heard from them in a long time now.
