I have a PSA upper with stainless 1:8 barrel chambered in 556, 13.5 in free float mlok hand guard, PSA premium NiB BCG, and their classic lpk kit minus trigger group. This is a spare upper I bought and has a low round count. I'm asking 300 for it and can throw in an fm micro dot I have sitting in a drawer. In on the west side of Indy.
