I think the worst part is actually listening to her speak. What she says and the way she says it reminds me of "the girl you wish you hand't started a conversation with at a party" from Saturday Night Live's weekend update.

There was a whole lot of the vocal fry going on, that's for sure. The sound of her pronouncing "hippocampus" is now indelible on my hippocampus. I wish I could unhear it. C-Span should have put "vocal fry" sanity warnings on the video.
