Even with a back story that may lead to the friendship between the two... I don't care if it's his co-worker, friend or complete stranger...
Once you break entry into a home with a blunt force weapon and initiate a swing and make contact, it will always be justified.

The prosecutors report was very detailed and well written, and I agree the homeowner was completely justified. I hope the homeowner doesn't experience any retaliation of any kind and will be able to get through this psychologically.

This was about a mile down the road from me. The girlfriend works for Cass County Dispatch so I knew shortly after since I was advised to bring the dogs in and be on the lookout since it was unknown at the time if others were involved and had left the scene.

Glad to see it's being ruled as justified and a POS has been removed from society.
