Got Waylon walked during just a light sprinkle.
One of my GSD is mentally handicapped. She spent a few minutes outside trying to bite the rain as if it was attacking her, but did not want to come back in and I did not want to go out in the rain to get her. Even after trying to towel dry her she was dripping all over the place, generally just making a mess.

Love them all, but she is certainly not the sharpest dog I have ever had.

Out of cats now, but our last one used to ask to go out and then hissy spit when it was raining. Would not go out.
Then dash to the back door and beg again. It was raining out that door, too.
She just cried as if to say, "Wwhhhyyyy?"

    Not the sharpest ...

Her box was in the garage with her own pet door, so it wasn't that.

Callie will go out but we have a covered deck, so she'll just hop up in a chair and hang out even when it's raining.

If you're not familiar with Noblesville, SR32 and SR38 merge and that becomes Conner St. through town.
It has been a week since they shut it down at least for a day because of a traffic accident at 16th St.

That has been a week now and they have the highway open, but still have the cross street closed there.
Traffic signals still out. It's an important thoroughfare through town.
    What's the flipping hold up?
