Well crap. I bought a bag of grapefruit yesterday, thinking I'd be doing something healthy, but apparently grapefruit will mess with my cholesterol and blood pressure medicine.

True, just like the constant recalls on lettuce, cut fruit, etc. you never see that on bacon.

Downtown will be hopping today/tonight. Big 10 football championship is at Lucas Oil Stadium. They said there would be about 100K people in town for that.

I'm going to start buying the thick cut bacon now that Miss Daisy doesn't eat it anymore. Fewer pieces per pound means I can cook it faster too.
