Mornin’ folks. Waiting on the snow. Got a little bit of work done yesterday but aggravated the back again so coasting today.

I was supposed to be fishing this morning, but I tweaked my backed a couple days ago.

Hopefully these cold mornings don't stick around to long.

Feeling your pain, bad backs S**K. Fishing here has been basically nonproductive. Water temps need to rise some to get things rolling.

We went out Sunday and caught some perch and gills, but it was tough. The water temps have been the same for the past month.

Local place is famous for their fish

I keep saying we are going to go try their fish but we never seem to get there. Thinking maybe I should make it a point to just go over for lunch some day when the wife is out running around with her friend(s).

Yah, almost think temps may have dropped a bit. 3 weeks ago caught a few and were turtles, etc. in water. Only thing I have seen since was 1 big crawdad Monday. Talied with couple other guys and they aren’t doing any good either. 3 weeks ago Amish friend said he had caught 1 walleye, 1 northern ( probably tail end of spawning ), and a couple LM bass. Haven’t seen him to ask lately. Here usually Easter and couple weeks prior is crappie time which would be now, hoping this next warm up does the trick.

Guess I should turn off the heating pad and get up & try to move. Soon be time to fix a bite of lunch. Then have to make the “long” trip to Klaus’ neighborhood for a haircut.
