Cole's birthday bash made for a busy weekend. Daughter messaged me this morning that their bank account got hacked. Luckily, the charges are all pending and she reported it so it should stop them from being paid. She is off tomorrow so will need to make a trip to the bank.

My credit union has to wait until the charges clear (or expire) before they can do anything. Then the fraudulent charges are refunded to me. I've never understood that logic.

I'm hoping this is an easy fix and the charges can just be stopped. It sounds like they are okay for now if it is corrected by the end of the week with regard to bills due, gas for the cars, etc.

I hope it goes smoothly for them too. It's such a pain in the butt when something like that happens.
