I have a Glock 19 that I had milled for a Holosun HS507c direct mount. I'm thinking about buying a Trijicon RMR type 2 to replace my 507c. It's my understanding that HS507c uses the same footprint and screw holes as the RMR. My question is, if they're the exact footprint or merely the same screw holes, as the milling job on my 19 leaves no room on either end of the optic. I emailed the place that did my milling job with this question a day or two ago, still awaiting a response. Anyone with any experience on this? Should the RMR be able to fit?

The screw pattern is the same. Assuming the RMR fits in the milled portion of the slide without interference from the housing, your only other problem to solve would be the potential for the length of the screws needed. That can be solved with a dremel.
