We will be teaching two self-preservation classes a month through Noblesville Parks & Recreation. The material covered will vary from class to class. This is a great opportunity to get quality training in different skill sets, all at a low cost with & no long term commitment! All classes are for those 16 years of age or older. Here are the dates and classes for October:
October 1st - Introduction to Self-Preservation
This is an introductory self-defense class for both men & women, 16 years of age or older. By attending this class, you will learn basic techniques to better prepare you to defend yourself if a predator mistakes you for their next victim.
No previous training is necessary! We will start from scratch, and give you skills that you can build upon in future classes. All equipment will be provided. All you need is comfortable clothing and a desire to learn. Self-preservation is a right, not a privilege, so exercise it!
October 29th - Understanding & Responding to Predator Behavior
This class is taught by current full time law enforcement officers who also have years of martial arts and tactical training. Our experience gives us knowledge of how human predators behave, as well as, the real world experience to know what works in dealing with those predators.
By attending this class, students will understand how predators select their victims, how they are able to get close enough to attack and how they use human nature against you!. You will then be shown how to launch a physical response to ensure your safety!
Classes are held at:
Ivy Tech Community College
Recreation Annex B
300 N 17th Street
Noblesville, IN 46060
11:00am - 12:00pm
Cost: $25/$29nr
