So, Obama, Holder, and Bidden walk into a gun store. Bidden goes to look at double-barrel shotguns for home defense, Obama just wants to rent a trap gun for a photo-op, and Holder asks "Hey is anyone going to Mexico? If so, could you deliver this package for me?"

It is pretty iffy on getting the feds to take a gun case. They are very selective on what they will prosacute.
