They were mommy and daddy's special little man/lady and never had to learn to lift a finger for anything
    They probably were!
    Ugh....
This one person has a pattern of doing this every Wednesday now to avoid having to do this task at work.
    :xmad:

The rest of us have to pickup the slack.
And what makes me rage even more is the person comes in and complains how s/he has so much to do and the first thing out of his/her mouth is what's for lunch! Really!!!! U got here late, you did not do the Wednesday task and you are asking what is for lunch!!!

I just had to go back and look because I read the whining about coworkers and just assumed it was tv.

that’s like three coherent posts made by Jedi, should we be worried??

    It's not just TV.
We have a real problem with under-manning faculties.
So when people are late, or call off, it just makes it worse.
And then people start calling off more. Which makes it worse.
    So more people call off.

what is even worst is when a educated person can't call the person of interest by their biological gender... So a it is screwing up at work ey... You guys have a lot of problems with this whole work ethic thing... I sub-contract guys and I make sure they know I can un-subcontract them in a heartbeat... Good luck Jedi...

What are some automotive repair/maintenance shops in Porter County some of you have had good experience with/know are worth their weight in gold? Clements in Valparaiso did me right for a number of years, so I can vouch for them, but I'd like to hear of more.

I'm going on my 6th day without my car over regularly scheduled maintenance. My 100,000 mile maintenance manual calls for flushing out the engine and inverter coolant (I have a Prius), in addition to oil change, rotate tires, and do a general lookover. Well, the mechanic had trouble with the coolant flush. From what I gathered, reading between the lines, is that they had never performed that task on that model vehicle and there was a learning curve.

They replaced my rear brakes and rotors, in addition to the above, and did an alignment. Well, I picked up my car on Monday, took it for a spin, and it kept pulling to the left. So, back it went. I'm still waiting for it to be re-aligned. :wallbash:

Can't help you with Porter County, but it you want to go to Hobart I've been taking my cars to Dave's Auto Repair for 15 years and never had a complaint.

I have very valid reasons to whine about my coworkers. I was scheduled 64 hours this week and I'm going to end up at 80+ because MFs can't be bothered to come to work
