Woke up with a massive toothache and swollen face this morning. Painful. Went to the dentist. Abscess
tooth. Waiting on some scripts to be filled now. Get tooth pulled on the 28th

Been there done that.

I lied one time to get it pulled that day. Novacain has no effect if infection is present.

The dentist gave me a shot and checked back 15 minutes later and I jerked when he probed so he gave me a second shot.

When he came back 15 minutes later I took the pain of the probe, didn't jerk and told him I was numb.

He pulled the tooth and let me go home . Within three days I was ready to die, the infection had spread and I was sick as a dog.

I went back and he prescribed antibiotics and within a week I was OK.

Wait until the infection is gone.

looking for a good intro or 100 class for handguns for my gf and myself.

I seen that SPB in Merrillville offers a class, I also seen that Revere's Riders has a class coming up.

Just wanted to see about other options or opinions of these 2.

I've taken the law class twice. Once I went with someone from NWI which made the drive go by faster.

Fwiw this does not seem to be the case at Winnamac -- 6 shot or smaller only

Other than that had a great time. Beautiful spot and wasn't even crowded. I got there around 11/10 central. Really well maintained, very chilled out. Only 2 other people used the 50 at all while I was there. Lotta folks on the 25 and a handful of guys shooting ARs on the 100. Glad I brought bug spray lol.

Also, apparently I've forgotten how to shoot been 2 years but still, come on!

Bug spray is a good thing to take with you.

When u get to winamac their is a booth. Take a pink slip and fill it out. At the end of your stay u put that slip in the box at the booth. It showes done who came, they keep attendance to justify the range being open. It's you name and place u r coming from. DNR officer will walk around making sure u have it.

Enjoy the range.

Ok fair enough.

Glad you had a good time.
It is the best DNR range in our area. Well kept and nice.
The ONLY thing missing is a 10 ft handgun section for it.
