Busy weekend. Had to be in STL Friday morning at 8 so took the wife and son with me Thursday night. Did the Arch and AB Brewery on Friday followed by a Cards game. Sat was the zoo all day and then a trip home. Today was Deep River water park. Headed to Ft Wayne solo this week and South Bend next week. I'll be ready for vacation in Sept.

South Bend Zoo. Anyone been and have an opinion compared to the Michigan City Zoo? Thinking of taking the fam Monday or Tuesday. Only considering SB as something different. He is almost 5 months old, so Brookfield size is still not worth it.

Lincoln Park Zoo in Chicago is free and our family favorite. Have you considered that one?

Yes. He hasn't visited yet, but we would prefer to spend money in state whenever possible, plus South Bend is only an hour away for us.

I haven't been there since the old place burned down, but I hear it's every bit as good as the old place.

Went to the Chicago Theatre tonight to see Case/Lang/Veirs, and the entire block in front of the theatre was blocked off for the BLM protestors. Between that and construction, had to drive around for half an hour to get to the parking garage. Great show, though.
