Most preps have you drinking LOTS of liquid. Therefore one would think that drinking any extra liquid is the last thing you want to do but I have found that after drinking their stuff which tastes bad, have a swallow of plain water to help get that taste out of your mouth. And every time you have to drink their stuff, chase it with a swallow of plain water.
It helped me get rid of the feeling like I was gonna puke.
(I was using Golytely which sucks more than some other preps)
Write the prep day off, she'll be in the bathroom all that day. Next day is out and loopy because of the drugs
Check with your doctor, they have pills too. Way easier, less puking.
