I ordered the Garmin today. I loaded the app for my Ipad seems pretty user friendly. Seems like Garmin may be very customer focused.I've found the Garmin app very handy, but others may disagree. It's been great for tracking progress and staying motivated. I've been using Garmin for years now, starting with a Vivoactive 3 I bought on INGO used and my son has that one, now. I have a Vivoactive 4 and a Fenix 5X. When my Fenix 5X died, Garmin replaced it despite it being well out of warranty and me buying it refurbed.
