    It says on Winchester primers, and it is almost certainly limited to that.

    It's probably a promotion that Winchester is paying for, so it wouldn't apply to anything else.

    A note of caution: At one time, Midway did not store primers and powders in the same facility, so ordering both products at the same time would result in two separate hazmat fees.

    This is correct. Powder Valley is their supplier on the powder side, and it will ship directly from PV to You last I heard.

    ^^^This right here folks^^^ Just order your powder from Powder Valley and cut out the MIDDLEMAN at MIDWAY.
