I posted back in November that my MG went into pending status on Oct. 31. At that time I was told the backlog was running five months. Thinking I was at the end of my wait, I called ATF on 3-28 and it's still pending and was told the backlog is running six months now. At least mowing is keeping me busy.

Maybe I'll send $500 per item next time, $300 in cash. Well see what happens to those NFA times.......

I agree, the wait is no fun. I seem to forget about them, then every couple months remember them and update myself on this thread or nfatracker.com.

On the other end of the spectrum, I think it is a good thing. It shows that the firearms hobby is thriving, there are companies out there doing well, and some people are doing well enough financially to fork over 200 bucks to the ATF to own "toys." If the ATF stays this busy processing forms and raking in the $200 checks, it will make them think twice about making gun laws more restrictive.

I didn't call to check, so estimating on a couple dates here. :)

Looks to be in align with almost exactly 6 months mailbox to mailbox. Holy cow I'm impressed with the Tirant! I didn't really think it would come close to suppressed .22, but with subsonic s&b... WOW Now waiting on my form 1 I mailed the same day to complete the supressed 9mm sbr!
