I was talking about this with my father in law a few days ago. He is firmly on the side of more cameras. He said that the argument of "big brother" is wrong. The police and gov't won't control us or tell us what to do. We tell them what to do. What alternate world does he live in?

The sooner New Yorkers get rid of Bloomberg and Cuomo and the like, the sooner I can put NY back on my list of places I might visit in my lifetime. Something tells me I may never step foot in the sorry State of NY again this side of eternity. I was hoping to visit the WTC site one of these days, but that doesn't seem very likely now.

Perhaps he could run for mayor of Beijing. They have quite a CCTV network there as well. Plus they already have gun control, and stop and frisk wouldn't raise a peep.
