Very nice. I have only been out once, on the muskegeon, but I plan on doing it more this year. Great times. If you don't mind me asking, what did it set you back?
Well I got the fishing model and it was just under a grand.
I had just sold my Mokai jet yak wich made the purchase much less painful for me and the wife.
My wife and I both have a kayak. We have enjoyed all our trips out with them. I have considerable tendonitis in my shoulders that was effectively cured by kayaking; the more I kayak, the better my shoulders feel. We took a five hour trip in Manistee, MI recently and when we got back I was beat and my shoulders were stiff for two days and I was kinda worried about them, then when the soreness left my shoulders felt better than they have in years.
SWEEET, I like the weight capacity.
I have a Mad River Tahoe model canoe 14 foot in royalex, so i can attest to their quality. It is over 10yrs old and has had rough life but is still seaworthy.
