Well , I'm assuming the retention is great as these holsters are handmade . I no longer have anything that will fit in the holster .

You can search for reviews of this holster online , but it does have a metal re-enforced mouth that allows for easy re-holstering of the weapon .

I asked how the retention was a week ago and got no answer. My past experience with the VM-II for this gun is that some have poor retention. How is the presentation on yours?

Well I did answer you a when you posted the question , look up at my original post for your answer .
I also posted a Google search link with reviews of this hoster as well .
Also , I have never heard of this holster having poor retention qualities .

These are hand made to order holsters , the quality is immpecable .

Not sure what else I can post for you .
