Okay, don't take this the wrong way, but is this just rehashed police training? Much of the LEO training is not that great to begin with, and a lot doesn't cross over directly to those who would rather avoid trouble than run to the sound of it like LEO's are bound to do. We have a guy not far down the road from you (northeast), who his using his many years in the SD to sell his classes. I have observed and he is teaching all of his LE stuff at these classes. Just like those who teach from a military background, they have to realize there are differences or you are not giving the student what they might need the most. The problem with this is, most students don't know the difference, they figure if the guy was a Green Beret or SWAT team, the stuff must be good. It usually is but possibly in a totally different context.

This is a fundamentals class it will focus on subjects like draw stroke, mag changes, and the like. They are the basic skills you need in a fight. We have found this type of class to be beneficial prior to taking one of or more advanced fighting class's. THIS IS A LIVE FIRE CLASS. Let me know if I can answer any questions I can answer for you. Thanks

Would this training be similar to the NRA basic handgun class?
I have been looking for something closer to home and this is within 30-minutes.
    Thanks,
    Victor
