IMHO, if it is a rule, then it needs enforcing. Over on ARF, if you are a chronic violator, they lock your account, no questions asked...

Yeah, the once-a-week bump thing was silly. Every day is okay and should suffice. I've seen some forums have as little as a 6 hour bump limit they move so fast...you post at noon and by 6pm it's on the 5th page type of thing. Hopefully we don't get that bad!
