Need a Tailor to do some modification of plate carrier.

Better in NWI area, I have all the material which needed. just need a tailor to do some stitch work. Already contact some tailor near my home, but they all said could not do it. any suggestion?

Your local auto , boat upholstery shop or a Sail loft can do it. A tailor doesn't have sewing machines heavy enough for what you need.
