Need a device driver for a TV Tuner card

I can't find a driver for my TV Capture card. It's a Philips 7130 based chipset and have no driver to run it. This is the only driver I have left to install so any help would be appreciated. If anyone has it please PM me so I can give you my email address to send it to me.

DriverGuide.com (printer drivers, cdrom drivers, modem drivers, sound drivers, mouse drivers, monitor drivers, etc.)

Click the first link, then the download link. You have to go through a bunch of spam or sign up for something to get the driver. I seen this link many times with no results. When I did find it I saw that mess. So many hits for the driver, but too much spam-and-scam I can't find the actual driver itself.

I didn't try to download after I found it, sorry. Who is the manufacturer (besides the Philips chipset)?

EDIT: I have downloaded this. None seem to work. I guess I should just give up.
