    personally im not sure what they're debating on most of those topics, but antler restrictions are not necessary. i look foreward to increased rifle calibers. and "earn a buck" would be a good way to help manage the population. it would also weed out the weedend warriors who shoot the first thing with bone on their head one time a year. you cant manage the population by taking bucks. it takes two to tango.
