Muzzle Device Suggestions.

So I have my SS fluted precision rimfire barrel on order, and should have it in hand soon. It has a threaded muzzle and will be wearing one of my suppressors most of the time. There will be times, however, that it will not be running suppressed. I was thinking of a nice stainless muzzle device, though I know they will not be accomplishing anything, in lieu of just the thread protector. Do you guys have any suggestions as to where to find such a thing? I have managed to find a couple that I like, but in the $200 price range, I'll pass.

I would just run a thread protector when the suppressor is not on it.

Still pricey, but not $200. PRI also makes a version of the MSTN Quiet Comp in stainless; runs about $80.

Or how 'bout taking something cheap like an A1 flash hider and having it Duracoated "stainless" to match?

What about getting whatever kind of FH you like and having it electroless nickled, or whatever it takes to match the finish on your stainless barrel? Heck, you can pick up an A2 Fh for less than ten bucks and have it nickled to look pretty similar. Or, any decent machine ship sould be able to turn out somethign cool looking and thread it for you.
