    No advice needed, you will learn from the guide. Who are you going with ? I love couple lakes “over”, just a few miles Webster. Lot of them in there. I have been debating doing it. Not cheap but that‘s always part of bucket list outings.

    Only time I caught Muskies in Canada was when I was smallmouth fishing. One hit a spinner bait with a chartreus twister tail, the other hit an inline spinner with a chartreus bucktail. Never had any luck throwing the large "Muskie" baits. good luck.

    Nice work! I've seen a musky up close that someone else caught but I've never caught one myself. I wish they were in the lakes up in Ontario I used to fish. Huge northerns were not uncommon, I'm guessing musky would get enormous.

    Unbeknownst to most...for a long time Lake Webster was one of the top 5 muskie lakes in the United States.

    They get a lot of pressure but there are good numbers...I have had several multiple fish days.

    My main tip for you is listen to your guide and look for following fish on every cast starting 15'-20' from the boat.

    They are a fish with an eating disorder and frustrating as hell!
