A few days ago I bought a Saiga 74 off AL that came with a Burris Fastfire. I have a 553 EO on a different rifle that works great but the weight and size is a bit of a turn off, so the little dot is something I really really like. The supplied Burris dot may serve a purpose but not on my rifle, in fact I already broke it on the first 400rds. So here is my list of replacements: 1st choice is the EO mini, around $500 no mount, lifetime warranty. 2nd is the Trijicon, also around $500 no mount, not sure on warranty but I'm also not a fan of tritium unless it's a handgun sight. And 3rd but not least is the Vortex mini, comes with mount at $479 and comes with a lifetime warranty. The EO looks the most rugged to to me, having not actually held one pics only. Didn't much care for the Leuplod, did hold hands on, liked the Trijicon, hands on. The price is about the same until mounts are added. But I'd pay the difference if worth it. So anybody run any of theses?
