Hey all, I am trying to find out the movie titles to a couple late 70s-early 80s movies.
1) The premise is that a man takes revenge on a group of cops who murder his wife in a botched raid at the wrong house.
The scene that I do remember is a family is having a Birthday party when a Police Unit raids the home on a bad tip.
The mother is killed because the 8mm Camera she was holding is mistaken for a gun.
The cops interrogate the Father after only finding insulin and syringes at the home for the Daughter.
The cops destroy the film from the movie camera and I think burns the home.
The father is framed and jailed(I think) to cover their screw up and he is released years later.
The father sees the cop who put him away on TV and plots Revenge.
2) After a man is mugged and his wife is killed, he gets the City/Town he lives in to allow everyone to carry with mixed results.
The scene I remember are a group of thugs come into town and attempt to rob a store until they see everyone is packing and they turn around and leave fast.
This may be a long shot but I appreciate any input on finding these movies.
