I'll argue that, my friend. A lot of little kids, with small hands, can run circles around adults. Women with tiny hands the same, while shooting standard size guns of any manufacturer. Shooting better, often using less than the perfect stance.

Shooting and marksmanship is more about the indian than the arrow.

Bags, benches and other rests to take the shooter more out of the loop is where we start getting into caliber accuracy arguments.

Just like you said shooting and marksmanship is more about the indian than the arrow. That was the exact point I was trying to make. Everybody will have a certain gun or 2 that works well with their hand and not go as well with the next person. And in my opinion that takes caliber out of the mix for the MOST part.

220 swift (?) unless you get into wildcat stuff.

I had to question this, but only because I have zero experience with the 220 swift.
I thought the .204 Ruger would outpace it, but I was wrong.
That swift must burn up barrels fast at 4500 fps!

For nuisance type critters I suggest a 9. AIM 9 that is . You are good out to around 22 miles.

One of the most accurate I've seen is the 338 Lapua Magnum shot through a Sako Model 85 LR.
