Mossberg Maverick - Shoten extended release lever

I have a Mossberg 88 Security that I put the KickLite adjustable pistol grip stock on. It's just a part of life on this shotgun that the pistol grip blocks access to the tiny action release lever and you have to do some minor gymnastics to get the gun in a position that lets you push the release.

Shoten Armory makes an extended release lever replacement (sort of like putting an extended bolt release lever on an AR), It looks like a great product that solves the problem perfectly, but I have to be honest, the installation video makes it look like a bit of a daunting task to install it.

Has anyone ever installed/used the Shoten extended release lever on their Mossberg shotgun?

I have installed it. I love mine. Just watch the video and/or take pics with your phone to know how everything goes together.
